Wickless Ceramic Oil Vaporizer Cartridge Product Info and Filling Instructions
The J-2 Wickless Ceramic Oil Vaporizer Cartridge is made with PP plastic and has a wickless ceramic atomizer made to heat up the oil consistently. This provides the consumer with a great tasting hit every time. The ceramic atomizer is wickless making it a healthier alternative to plastic cartridges with cotton wicks. Our wickless ceramic cartridge can be customized to fit your business need. The customization options include:
- Metal Mouthpieces
- Plastic Mouthpiec
- Stickers
Other customization options include laser etching your logo onto the metal mouthpieces and printing your logo on the plastic mouthpieces. The cartridges come in 0.5 and 1.0ml fill sizes with either a 0.5, 0.7, or 0.9mm oil intake hole. The intake hole size is determined by the viscosity of your oil. 0.5mm for thin oils, 0.7mm for thick oils, and 0.9mm for thicker oils.

Filling Instructions
- Screw off the cap.
- Do not completely block the filling hole when filling.
- Screw the oil cap back on tightly, immediately after filling.
- Be sure not to overfill
- After filling, store the cartridge upside down for 12 hours or more. This helps reduce the leaking rate significantly.
It is best to avoid direct sunlight and dropping your cartridges when storing. The J-2 Ceramic Cartridges are a great option for those who want an alternative to cotton or silica wicks at an affordable price.
