Filling vape cartridges can be a hassle, and can get pretty messy as well. Knowing how to properly fill your vape cartridges can not only save you a lot of time, but can also save you from losing product. Frequently, customers will ask us how to fill certain cartridges, and though it may seem easy, knowing how to do something the right way can ultimately save you from making a big mistake. I am going to start with the glass cartridges, considering that they are one of our more popular items and aren’t too difficult to fill. Follow these steps to avoid losing any product or leaking cartridges.
Step 1: Screw off the Mouthpiece
Step 2: Inject the inside of the wall of the tank carefully
Step 3: Screw on the mouthpiece within 20 seconds after filling
Step 4: Be sure to not overfill
Step 5: Keep the cartridge upside down for at least 12 hours after filling to reduce leaking.
As for storage, you are going to want to avoid dropping the cartridges or providing any heavy pressure to them. This can cause the cartridge to burst, resulting in a broken cartridge and lost product. Store the filled cartridges between 0-40 degrees celsius and avoid direct sunlight. As long as you follow these steps, leaking glass cartridges should be a thing of the past!
